Confirmation of quotation
Please send your confirmation of quotation back to Star Apparel. You need to sign the quotation and fax back on (02) 9319 0649.
Confirmation of deposit
You will need to pay 50% deposit before production starts. You can pay by Cash (in person), Cheque, Bank Deposit, Money Order, and Credit Cards, Please complete and fax Payment form to Star Apparel on (02) 9319 0513
Approval of artwork & Design
If you require printing or embroidery, We will fax or email artwork to you for approval. Please approve the artwork as soon as possible to avoid delay in production. We will confirm delivery date as soon as we receive deposit.
Rush order
Could you get my shirts printed and ready in 2 days time?
Your sales consultant will confirm the delivery date for you. if you need to rush the order in emergency cases, we may able to do so. Please ask your sales consultant for details. Rush order surcharge apply.
Payment
Payment term
You need to pay 50% deposit before we process our order. You need to pay the remaining balance when we dispatch the goods.

Delivery
Pick up
You can pick up your order yourself, or arrange your own courier to pick up from our office. Office address is 3 / 50 McEvoy St, Waterloo, NSW, 2017 Please Call and confirm the pickup time before you come, so we can pack everything ready for you.
Delivery Cost
You can use our contracted courier to delivery goods to you. We will arrange the dispatch. The cost of delivery: (per box, include GST) As a guide, 100 T-shirt can fit in one boxes, weight around 22kg.
